Amazon Reveals Availability Of Ethereum Managed Blockchain.

Leading technology giant Amazon has just revealed the overall availability of Ethereum [ETH] on its managed blockchain.

In line with AWS [Amazon Web Services], users now have the power to “provision Ethereum nodes” and hook up with the blockchain’s mainnet additionally to the Ropsten and Rinkeby testnets via the Amazon Managed Blockchain. The program claims to offer to encrypt access to the network with “standard open-source Ethereum APIs” & sync to the ETH blockchain.

“Amazon Managed Blockchain monitors node health, replaces unhealthy nodes, & automates Ethereum software upgrades, improving the supply of customers’ Ethereum infrastructure,” added the firm. “Additionally to DeFi apps, users building analytical products like smart contract monitoring tools & fraud detection software can also enjoy this scalable, highly available, as well as fully managed Ethereum service.”

AWS primarily launched its Amazon Managed Blockchain earlier in April 2019, adding at the time users would be ready to set up blockchain networks in their organizations and employ the ETH & Hyperledger open-source frameworks. The service claimed it could eliminate the necessity “to provision hardware, install software, create as well as manage certificates for access management, and configure network settings.”

The move comes exactly one month following Jeff Bezos announcing that he would be stepping down as Amazon CEO within the 3rd quarter of this year. He is going to be replaced by Andy Jassy, who is presently the CEO of AWS [Amazon Web Services] and oversaw the firm’s cryptocurrency product offerings.
